ONE MORE SLEEP RETREAT TIME

Tomorrow I am off to Port Fairy to spend 2 creative days with 5 other beautiful girls in a modern funky holiday house acrosss the road from the beach!  Looking forward to it as I have lots of DT work to complete!!
I hope the school holidays are treating you all well !  It is sunny here in Portarlington this morning with a slight wind!

SOME SCRAPPY NEWS TO SHARE ... SOON

Sitting here at the computer, one daughter in bed,the other one out for the morning with my Sister, I am still in pj's and drinking my tea!!  School holidays - you have to love them, no routine, relaxing meals, relaxed bedtime !!

STARTING TO SCRAP MY HUNDREDS UPON HUNDREDS OF AMERICAN PHOTOS!



The AMAZING Bean - Chicago - just incredible!  I used Purple Pumpkin spotty buttons, rubons from Hambley, some old Pink Paislee alphas and Chevron fabric self adhesive, red and white spotty washi tape, kraft, Basill textured cardstock!

Here is my September example:  my very cheeky friend Clem - I took this photo in the park when he was 3!  He will be starting school in 2013 where did this time go?  I was honoured to be present at Clem's birth - a special experience indeed - love you Clem xx

 
 
 
 
 
Here is the criteria :






I used Amy Tangerine, unknown stamp as a background (althought it could be Prima not sure!) chevron washi tape, Tim Holtz photo strip, American Crafts alphas (cool colour just love it), the number stamps and one size fits all and expensive bar code - manufacturer escapes me but I will let you know.. Love these for a boy layout!

LAYOUTS

The first layout incorporates a tag made with the fabulous Dina Wakley when I was at CHA Chicago and I completed this at the ScrapJammies Reunion Crop in Elburn USA !

The next layout I also completed at the USA Crop!


I used Tattered Angels glimmer mist, paint, Faber Castell Gelatos, Louise Nelson splat technique with the dabbers, and twine and part of a serviette with a quote I adored!!

This one I completed this week and used a background of washi tape, Amy Tangerine stamps, Prima pp, This photo was taken at the USA crop, Ginger or as I pronounced it "Ginga" is a special friend and always will be.

Since returning from America life has been busy !  I have come home with some of the most beautiful memories ever, spending time with like minded creatives, firm friends after years and years of internet friendship meeting in real life was so special!
